Community Living, Inc. is a Frederick, Maryland-based nonprofit that was founded in 1979 to support people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. They manage 26 homes in Frederick and receive funding through the DDA and the Department of Housing and Urban Development, but that doesn’t cover everything.
